Esta investiga��o consistiu na an�lise da rela��o entre os factores de risco psicossocial (exig�ncias ambientais e esfor�o f�sico, participa��o e gest�o da mudan�a e rela��es sociais no trabalho) e a satisfa��o no trabalho em trabalhadores de empresas de constru��o civil da cidade de Monteria. Este estudo foi constitu�do por uma amostra de 47 trabalhadores, a maior parte dos quais com idades compreendidas entre os 20 e os 30 anos, com menos de 7 anos de antiguidade a trabalhar em empresas de constru��o, com predomin�ncia de contratos tempor�rios. � evidente que o fator de risco psicossocial com maior n�mero de trabalhadores em maior n�vel de risco s�o as exig�ncias ambientais e o esfor�o f�sico, o que poder� estar condicionado pelo ambiente de trabalho em que este tipo de trabalhadores se desenvolve, devido �s altas temperaturas, ao ru�do, � falta de condi��es de ordem e limpeza, � carga f�sica e � escassa seguran�a industrial presentes no desenvolvimento das suas actividades.
