Este libro abarca un an�lisis de la relaci�n existente entre los factores de riesgos psicosociales (demandas ambientales y de esfuerzo f�sico, participaci�n y manejo del cambio y relaciones sociales en el trabajo) y la satisfacci�n laboral en trabajadores de empresas del sector construcci�n en la ciudad de Monter�a. Este estudio estuvo conformado por una muestra de 47 trabajadores dentro de los cuales la mayor proporci�n oscila entre los 20 y 30 a�os, con menos de 7 a�os de antig�edad laborando en empresas del sector construcci�n, y predominan las contrataciones temporales. Se evidencia que el factor de riesgo psicosocial con mayor n�mero de trabajadores en el nivel m�s alto de riesgo son las demandas ambientales y de esfuerzo f�sico, esto podr�a estar condicionado por el ambiente de trabajo en el que se desenvuelven este tipo de trabajadores, debido a las altas temperaturas, al ruido, a la falta de condiciones de orden y aseo, la carga f�sica y a la escasa seguridad industrial presente en el desarrollo de sus actividades.
