He is also the finance chair of the board of trustees of Eastern University, and a financial services cabinet member for the United Way. Tom is a board member of the Chester County Chamber of Business and Industry.

Kris Messner is the owner of Knowledge Matters, providing business process and technology deployment consulting services to small and mid-sized businesses. Kris began her career at Mellon Bank and later consulted in bank operations and technology solutions for several of America s largest financial institutions. She is the Treasurer for Surrey Services for Seniors in Berwyn, Pennsylvania, and the Treasurer and a founder of Aiding Romania's Children. She serves on the Women in Business Council for the Chester County Chamber of Business and Industry.
