10 medium brown heavy stock leaves (approx. 7" H x 10" D) in card cover (with embossed reptile skin pattern and cartouche with handwritten titling), braided cord fastener. Each leaf bears one sepia tone photograph (4 1/4" H x 6 3/8" W), glued to the backing page. All photographs are firmly glued at the spine edge, although some have become detached at the fore edge. Each photograph is tissue-covered, over which is a small slip of paper with a short mimeographed description. No date, but judging by the clothing fashions, turn of the 19th/20th centuries. Photograph titles: Court, Hotel Colorado; Poplar Alley, Hotel Colorado; Stone Bath House and Swimming pool; Toboggan Slide, Swimming Pool; Yampah and Cocktail springs; Grand Canon; Grand Canon; Noname Canon: headgate Glenwood Water works; Mt. Sopris: Altitude 14,300 Ft.; Crystal Falls, Marble, Colo. Of the two views of Grand Canon, one shows a horse & buggy heading towards the canyon on a road beside a river and the other shows an onlooker at a rustic guardrail on the side of a road. Interior - some tiny areas of damage to tissue guards and a small corner crease on the first tissue, a soft bump to the top corner of the card stock. Exterior - minor edge wear, slight bump to corners, very light wrinkling to the top/bottom of the spine. Seller Inventory # 30683
