All books are subject to prior sale. E-mail reservations are prefered and strongly recommended. Shipping within the continental U.S. via US postal service is as follows:
Standard size book:
Media mail is $5.50 for the first book, add $2 for ea. additional book (including multiple volume sets), in the same order. Includes delivery confirmation.
Priority mail starts at $6.75 for priority flat rate envelope.
Oversized and/or heavy books and over-seas orders will be higher.
