(1941) 268 pp. Original dark green cloth covers w/ titles in gilt. Spine ends slightly bumped. Previous owner's name, and staining from a bookplate that was removed (?), on front blank endpaper. Business stamp on outer margin of page 107 w/ an address crossed out on top line w/ red color pencil. Pencil and ink markings to few leaves. DJ lightly soiled w/ wear and few short tears to edges. Spine and edges sunned. Modest chipping at spine ends. Price clipped. Illust. w/ a b/w frontispiece of the author, and several b/w figures.

All books are subject to prior sale. E-mail reservations are prefered and strongly recommended. Shipping within the continental U.S. via US postal service is as follows:
Standard size book:
Media mail is $5.50 for the first book, add $2 for ea. additional book (including multiple volume sets), in the same order. Includes delivery confirmation.
Priority mail starts at $6.75 for priority flat rate envelope.
Oversized and/or heavy books and over-seas orders will be higher.
Insurance is the responsibility of the purchaser as we will not be held responsible for books once they have left our domain.
Payment by check, money order, or credit card. All checks must be drawn in U.S. funds on a U.S. bank.
