SCOTUS 2023: Major Decisions and Developments of the US Supreme Court

Each year, the Supreme Court of the United States announces new rulings with deep consequences for our lives. Howard Schweber is Professor of Political Science and an affiliate faculty member of the Law School at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is the author of five books, including The Legacy of Antonin Scalia (2018), Democracy and Authenticity: Toward a Theory of Public Justification (2011), and The Language of Liberal Constitutionalism, (2007). He is the editor of Constitutional Studies.
