Front hinge is exposed at the half title page as well as a few places within the book. Interior pages are mildly yellowed but clean, flexible and quite readable. The engravings are really quite splendid. Fore edges are gold. 263pp plus engravings pages.

We had an open shop in the Northwest section of Philadelphia in the Chestnut Hill, Mt Airy neighborhood for 18 1/2 years. It was in a beautiful 1882 train station designed by the noted architect, Frank Furness. In August of 2014, we closed that shop but continue to sell on-line out of our home in Williamsburg, PA.
