Dr. Madeleine F. Wallace is an author, serial entrepreneur, investor, and founder of Windrose Vision, a consulting firm focused on helping clients turn concepts into strategic actions.

With over two decades of cross-sector experience, she has guided for-profit, nonprofit, and government agencies through challenging organizational and technological transformations. She emigrated from Peru and is part of the <1% of U.S. foreign-born Latinas with a doctorate, granting her unique market insights. She is a recognized expert and a seasoned trainer in data-driven decision-making, performance-based management, and adaptive culture.

Dr. Wallace earned her Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of Tennessee and is an esteemed alumna of the Business Action Network (LBAN)’s Business Scaling program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses’ Entrepreneurship program at Babson College, and the National Hispana Leadership Institute (NHLI)’s Executive Leadership Program at the John F.
