OFF SEASON: A Baseball & Softball Romantic Comedy: 4 (Extra Innings)

KAMRYN
Three things about me:
1. I’m a professional softball player.
2. I have a twin sister.
3. I carry more baggage than a 747 on Christmas Eve.

Number three is the kicker. It’s colored the way I live my life for as long as I can remember, so my fairytale ending looks a lot different than what most women dream of. I don’t want marriage. I don’t want kids. I don’t want anything even resembling a real relationship.

Then I meet Cruz “Cheetah” Gonzales. He’s unlike any other man—or woman—I’ve ever been with. He’s hot and completely hilarious, taking everything I dish out and giving it right back to me. On paper, we should be a perfect match.

But his fairytale and mine look a lot different.

CHEETAH
Three things about me:
1. I’m a professional baseball player.
2. I have a wickedly raunchy sense of humor.
3. I’m completely in love with Kamryn Hart.

I’ve never been with anyone who can match my energy and humor, but Kam blows me away.

She only sees the flaws in herself, but all I see is strength, beauty, and a heart bigger than the Grand Canyon. I wouldn’t change a thing about her. I accept her, baggage and all. All I want is to help her carry the load.

Kam is absolutely the perfect woman for me, but she’s also stubborn as a mule. If only she would let down her walls and realize that fairytales aren’t set in stone.

Sometimes you can write your own ending.
