Saddle-sewn and staple-bound paperback booklet: H 17.75cm x L 23cm. Unpaged but with a total of 25 interior leaves comprised of a title page with brief text on verso, 23 leaves (i.e. 46 pages) with b/w photographic images on rectos and versos, plus concluding single-sided (verso only) three-panel foldout leaf with panoramic view of Seattle from the Puget Sound waterfront. Bound by single rusted staple at left edge center overlapped by string tied through two-holes near top and bottom of left edge (saddle-stitch). Poor condition with tattered pictorial front cover and quite edge-chipped rear cover both detached; toned title leaf and concluding foldout leaf are quite loose as well for both are only held by top hole of binding string; some edgewear and creasing also to title page; verso of second leaf and opposing recto of third leaf browned from a now-removed newspaper clipping which was irrelevant to the booklet; mild curling to bottom corners of leaves; minor soiling and foxing to interior leaves with minimal edgewear. Photographs show various downtown buildings and streetscenes, Mount Ranier, Olympic Mountains, Puget Sound, several native Americans, parks, etc. A rather uncommon publication for OCLC lists a mere eight copies among member libraries all published by W.G. MacFarlane but for different companies other than O.P. Mooney Stationer but with similar dimensions and page count citing either 1906 or 1907 as year of publication.
