Shipping terms
At our discretion, where an enhanced service is available within the authorised cost of shipping, that service may be used. Shipping on heavier items will be quoted before despatch.
NOTE: the 'expected delivery' speeds quoted are likely to be extended during periods of heavy volume of mail, such as Christmas, or local adverse weather conditions. Example: the last day for shipping to USA by Economy Shipping for arrival by Christmas is 12th October.
Domestic UK shipping will generally be by Royal Mail's 2nd class Signed-for service
Shipping to Europe will be by Royal Mail's International Tracked (Airmail).
Shipping to the rest of the world will be by International Tracked where it is avaailable. To some countries only International Tracked & Signed is offered.
There is a cheaper shipping option by Royal Mail's International Economy (Surface Mail) which in not tracked can have a VERY extended delivery period. Please do NOT ask for this method unless you are prepared that it may take several months.
