Cascais, 2013) foi um arquitecto, pintor e pensador português, diplomado em arquitectura, trabalhou com Le Corbusier e Oscar Niemeyer, estudou pintura em Paris e foi um dos pioneiros da arte cinética, trabalhando ao lado de Victor Vasarely, Fernand Léger, August Herbin e André Bloc.
