2 vols., 926p total. Ex-library; oversize. A pair of large hardcover books bound in 3/4 leather with black cloth boards. POOR CONDITION. Besides having the usual library stamps and labels, the covers are badly damaged. Cover of volume 1 is completely detached, but present, with the spine completely covered in clear tape. However, the block of pages is still tightly bound in itself, save for the first several leaves in the prefatory dissertation. Some chipping and cracking on vol. 2's spine, but the cover is still fully attached and the binding is tight. Text is unmarked; pages remain bright and clean. OFFERED AS-IS. Rare collection of sermons for Sundays and solemnities by Saint Anthony of Padua. Both volumes measure approx. 13" x 9.75". Text is in Latin. Features a color chromolithograph frontispiece in vol. 1, and two plates in back of vol. 2 (the plates are labeled "C" and "D," but no "A" or "B" is present).
