Text: Japanese, 24x25cm, Contains a total of 4,085 illustrations of works. Part II is divided into two parts, the "Pictures" volume and the "Studies and Information" volume. In generally Very Good condition with light deterioration, but without damage. This is the catalog for an exhibition of over 1,000 pieces of old Imari donated by Mr. and Mrs. Shibata, a businessman and collector of Japanese ceramics, to the Kyushu Ceramic Museum in Saga Prefecture, which was divided into eight exhibitions. It is the only catalog that collects such a large number of Ko-Imari pieces, classifies and covers their forms and history, and is the most detailed illustrated guide to Ko-Imari in Japan.
