SICKNOTE

Everyone in Judas’s house lied for a living. He was just better at it than most.

Born under gunfire in Liberia and raised on an English estate that runs on fear and superstition, Judas has spent his whole childhood learning one lesson: the truth doesn’t pay. By fifteen he’s forging sick notes, lifting credit cards, and running errands for his sister’s pimp boyfriend, building a whole self out of whatever keeps the thoughts quiet. Then, one drug-soaked night at a club called Disco 2000, the hustle finally catches up, and the dancefloor starts talking back.

Now the voices won’t stop, the police have questions he can’t answer, and even his own sister has locked him out. The only con left is the one he’s never tried: telling the truth about who he really is.

SICKNOTE is a foul-mouthed, wickedly funny gut-punch of a novel about the lies we tell to survive childhood, and the one true thing it takes to finally leave it behind.

Book one of The Judas Nobody Trilogy.
This is only where the trouble begins.
