Navy Buckram Boards with gilt blocked titles to spine, 245 x 165 mm approx. xvi + 216 pp. 88 illustrations - being monochrome photos on plates and line- in text all as called for. 2nd Edition edited by E.W.Jones with preface by same 1952. Very Good/ Fair (Book - Mild shelf wear to cloth, moderate bumps to corners, rubber stamp ink name or previous owner and date under to free front end paper. Dust Jacket- heavy rubbing with tears and loss mid spine, moderate soiling.Price clipped. Now in a removable proprietary protective sleeve to which pieces of coloured paper have been inserted to mask the stark white of the backing paper so as not to offend the eye on the bookshelf.
