Long-Island native, James Delmage, is the founder of Sip and Feast, the online hub for Italian-American, New-York–style cooking. A lifelong cook who learned at his grandma’s side, Jim left a Wall Street trading career to turn his passion for Sunday sauce, pizza, and deli classics into step-by-step recipes and weekly long-form YouTube tutorials. Named YouTube’s Creator on the Rise in 2021, he now serves more than a million subscribers with approachable dishes that taste like home.

Tara Boerum is Sip and Feast’s co-founder and content strategist. After more than two decades on Wall Street , she joined Jim full-time in early 2022, bringing a sharp eye for storytelling, and brand growth. Along with Jim, Tara helps develop content that helps home cooks bring convivial meals to their own tables.
