About this title

Synopsis

Manufacturing post pandemic, requires a focus on strategy and detail. Preventing infections requires a focus on detail, coordinating supply and demand and leveraging technology requires a focus on strategy. The authors present a TP3 approach that focus on technology, people, product and process as a holistic approach to recover to the New Normal in manufacturing. This is a “glass half full” book that provides the tools for a competitive manufacturing position post pandemic. The authors tell us just where to focus our attention and how to strategically invest in competitiveness. They make a powerful case, for example, for new technology and they illustrate the rapidly changing parameters that make technological investment more financially perfect than hitherto. Written by former senior manufacturing executives and consulting change-agents at Purdue, this is a book to form actions and inspire new confidence in a better and sustainable future in the manufacturing New Normal.
