About the Author

In the Summer of 2007, I met a young real estate investor while relaxing in an Ybor cigar lounge. His name was Elijah Turner and he stood at the apex of Tampa Bay's real estate market. He had commercials, newspaper ads and colorful, I'll buy your house today, billboards posted around the city; however, despite his success, Elijah was deeply troubled. He was facing serious criminal charges stemming from tactics he used to amass his fortune. From Illegal short sales and mortgage fraud to intimidation and downright thievery of homes, Elijah and his crew did it all. Elijah expressed a need to cleanse his soul.
