About the Authors

Rosa Huertas naci� en Madrid. Es doctora en Ciencias de la Informaci�n y licenciada en Filolog�a Hisp�nica. Actualmente, es profesora de Lengua y Literatura en el IES Gran Capit�n de Madrid. Imparte talleres sobre creatividad y animaci�n a la lectura en diversas instituciones. Con su primera novela, Mala Luna, obtuvo el Premio Hache de Literatura Juvenil 2011. Con la segunda, Tuerto, maldito y enamorado, consigui� el X Premio Alandar de Literatura Juvenil. Adem�s tiene otros t�tulos publicados en Anaya: Mi vecino Cervantes, Mi primer libro sobre Cervantes y Todo es m�scara. Y en 2017 fue XIV Premio Anaya con La sonrisa de los peces de piedra. Disfruta escribiendo historias que hablan del pasado y del presente, que mezclan la realidad y la ficci�n, y en las que los sentimientos traspasan las p�ginas para emocionar a los lectores.

Javier Olivares naci� en Madrid en 1964. Desde el a�o 1986 compagina sus trabajos como historietista en diversas revistas con trabajos de ilustraci�n en libros de texto y de literatura infantil y juvenil. Ha participado en numerosas exposiciones colectivas y tambi�n ha realizado trabajos para el cine.
