Large 8vo.; in tan paper-covered boards, with a printed paper label to the spine; 78 pages; from the colophon: "Printed after the Praetorious facsimile edition from the proof copy of the First Quarto -- 1609 -- in the British Museum. -- Layout by Victor Hammer. Printed by Jacob Hammer for the Anvil Press, Lexington Kentucky 1956. Publication V: two hundred and forty copies. [no; 96]." Printed in black and red.~~There is a tan"smudge" on a couple of leaves, and some toning to the endsheets from the binder’s glue; there is also some darkening near the joint at the rear board.~~~~.
