New Edition, with Additions, 1817. Very interesting account of the Irish Politician and Master of the Rolls, born in Munster, Cork in 1749. Contemporary Green Caldf Half-Leather Binding with Marbled Paper covered Boards and Leather Corners. 3 Gilt Decorated Raised Bands to spine (the 4th is missing). Blind stamped Ttile in 2nd compartment (the gilt title label is missing) and blind stamped Decoration in other compartments. Page edges marbled. 486 Pages, 720g, 8 1/2" Tall. Piece of Leather backstrip missing from spine (2" long) and a very small piece from top of spine. Fine splits to leather down sides of spine. Slight rubbing to boards. Wear and scuffing to leather (see photo).Small name label on endpaper and name very lightly penciled on blank preliminary page. No other inscriptions. Pages in nice, clean condition, only a very occasional small spot of foxing. Size: 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" Tall.
