Black with gold writing. Edges, corners and cover are slightly; No date, but circa 1946. Original blue hardcover. Pages 199-202 (not present in the export edition of the catalog) contained Ophthalmic Instruments made by American Optical. Includes the catalogue, pricelist and ERRATA sheet (not usually present). The pricelist is dated 1946 though the catalogue is undated. A useful catalogue for the collector of these instruments and anyone who wants to use an instrument from this timeframe. It allows the practitioner to determine what accessories were supposed to be present with the instrument as manufactured, specifications, etc. Many nice illustrations as well. A standard reference for anyone interested in Spencer / AO instruments. ; Catalog, 1946; 7" x 10"; 207 pages Very Good- shelf worn. Pages are tight and clean.
