Merle Evelyn Ray Raising Performance Reshaping Culture Renewing Minds For over 20 years, Merle Ray has been a top performer in Corporate America, business, and leadership. She is a lead performance consultant, organizational developer, keynote speaker, and inspiring practitioner in business and ministry. Working her way from secretary to Director of Human Resources in 13 years for a Texas Medical Center institution, while still a college student, Merle later became a top performing Director of a Fortune 500 private sector organization for 5 years before starting her own business and consulting firm, The Noble Groups in 2003. In 2001-2004, the Human Resources Certification Institute, the national credentialing body for HR professionals, certified Merle Ray as a Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR). A full-time working mom, Merle graduated college at the age of 40 in May 2003, along with her second youngest sister. They both became the first known college graduates in their family that year.
