Each bound in grey wrappers printed in blue and with a vignette in blue on the front wrapper of each of what appears to be a kind of molecule: a starburst with surrounding small spheres. Five issues as follows: Vol. I, No. 1 [January-February]; Vol. I, No. 2 [March-April]; Vol. I, No. 3 [May-June]; Vol. I, No. 4 [July-August]; Vol. I, No. 6 [Nove.-Dec.]. All published in 1960. Volume I, No. 1 has an order form for Spiritual Synthesis laid in and bound in is a slip that reads as follows: With Compliments from: / Mrs. Hallie Freeman / 2975 Waverly Drive / L.A. 39, Callif." All issues slightly darkened along the spines, a couple of issues also darkened around the edges, else very good to near fine with square and flat corners, no rust on the staples, and with no internal markings. All articles in these issues are by Ernest N. Burmester, who lectured occasionally at the Philosophical Research Society in Los Angles founded by Manly P. Hall. He was also the author of serveral books on New Age subjestc, including ATTENTION. A STUDY IN THE FUNDAMENTALS OF AWARENESS (1955).
