About the Authors

Alfred Harrell is the creator and host of the podcast "Life Is About More Than Living" which aired its first episode on September 3, 2018. His podcast is on iTunes, Podbean, ALEXA, Spotify, iHeartRadio GOOGLE podcast, and a host of other podcast platforms. Alfred Harrell started writing poetry as a teenager as a coping mechanism to navigate traumatic issues within his childhood home. He is also a poet and meetup group organizer: Triad Poetry Meetup 2.0. He is the father of two sons, and the grandfather of a grandson and a granddaughter.

Tyrrell has over 20 years of passionately creating innovative ways to tell stories through audio and visual mediums as a director, producer, writer, and actor.
