16mo; in printed paper wrappers; with photographic illustrations throughout, facing opposite pages of text; 169 pages; with advertisements at the rear, for various sporting goods and other volumes in the Spalding's Athletic Library series; small loss to a corner of the rear cover, and minor shelfwear to the binding.~~An early manual on the rules and guidelines for playing collegiate football, published in the early years of the sport when the rules still changed with some regularity and decades before the establishment of the NFL. Very Good binding.
