First (?) edition, 1895; folding hand-coloured map, 120 x 175mm (5 x 7 inches) when folded, unfolds to 510 x 714mm (20.25 x 29.5 inches), 21 sections on linen-backed paper, in original red cloth covers, with yellow title-label on front, and yellow publisher's advertisements on inside covers: very slight rubbing to spine, and label a little faded, slight darkening to parts of map (mainly around joints and margins), but otherwise a very clean and bright copy. Approx. 80 miles to the Inch. Countries delineated in red, violet, orange, green and purple. Seller Inventory # 004607
