The rebel crew is en route to a prison base with an important captive. Unluckily for them, they aren't the only ones with their eyes on this prize! Then, take a walk on the dark side with Sgt. Kreel and an elite group of Imperial soldiers aboard the Star Destroyer Harbinger! It's a nigh-indestructible weapon of war — and it's also the target of the rebels' top-secret new plan. And Princess Leia undertakes a highly dangerous mission on a planet that wants no part of the war against the Empire! Plus: more entries from the journals of Obi-Wan Kenobi, including a showdown with the Wookiee bounty hunter Krrsantan, and a legendary adventure with Jedi Master Yoda! The ripples of Yoda's struggle in the past will be felt by Luke Skywalker in the present! Connected, it all is!

About the Author
Artist Mike Mayhew is known for his photo-realistic and painterly renderings. Mayhew began his career at DC, and soon made a name for himself penciling Topps’ Zorro and Lady Rawhide. In 2000, he helped relaunch Vampirella with fully rendered pencils. Mayhew soon brought his art to Marvel, becoming a prolific cover artist on such titles as Elektra, Mystique, She-Hulk and Storm, and providing illustrations for two Mary Jane prose novels. X-Men Origins: Jean Grey was Mayhew’s first fully painted comic; his work has been featured in major titles including Avengers and Justice League. He illustrated The Star Wars for Dark Horse, an adaptation of George Lucas’ original rough screenplay.
A copy of How to Draw Comics the Marvel Way sparked Leinil Francis Yu’s interest in comics when he was 11. Whilce Portacio’s tutelage helped him land his first mainstream comics work on Wolverine in 1997. Following a successful run, Yu took on such titles as Uncanny X-Men, X-Men, Superman: Birthright and Ultimate Wolverine vs. Hulk. After an extended period laying the groundwork in New Avengers, he and writer Brian Michael Bendis turned the Marvel Universe upside down with Secret Invasion, and the Marvel mainstay has subsequently worked on event comics including Avengers & X-Men: Axis and IVX, and such blockbuster titles as Star Wars.
Artist Jorge Molina’s Marvel credits include Captain America: Man Out of Time, Avengers: The Initiative, and both the initial A-Force limited series and the first four issues of the ongoing book. Molina has shown great affinity for Marvel’s mutants in the pages of X-Men, Wolverine & the X-Men and X-Men Blue.
