Green cloth with gilt sp. lettering, fine bar trivial hint of sp. end fading. 195 pp. 59 text figs; top fr. end-paper has 'Carto Training Section', small brown stain to top outer edge of same, faintly continuing and diminishing to c. p. 16, no other obvious faults. Unclipped jacket clean and unworn but has rectangular silver label to top fr. outer corner 'Loan Copy/ Cartographic Services' which is quite irremovable, will add protective sleeve when ordered. An interesting hybrid of cartography and statistics. 1st 1963 ed. was twice reprinted before this 2nd ed. which has 2 additional chapters 19.5 cm x 25 cm.
