Cowell in Ipswich, NO BARCODE on lower board and the printed price of £5.50 on lower board). The printing history on the reverse of our title page also gives the date of 1984, but the printing was done in Singapore). 4to, 285 x 220 mm, 11¼ x 8¾ inches, WHITE COLOUR ILLUSTRATED BOARDS, no pagination.
