Twelfth edition revised and enlarged (as stated upon title page and on page 80). Booklet; H 19.5cm x L 13.5cm. 80 pages plus covers and front and rear free endpapers. Stiff paper covers rubbed with slight scuffing along edges, spine ends nicked. Light toning to endpapers, light foxing to first and last pages but with interior pages otherwise quite clean; top corner of pages 30-31 creased from past fold-down. Binding is firm. A very good copy. With b/w photographs and illustrations as well as two maps on pages 76-77. Popular guidebook to the geology of the Grand Canyon which was first published in 1917.
