STRUCTURE OF LIFESTYLE: A Rising Sun to a New Life. Live Medication Free

This book deals with the facts, that in our society, we have an over dependency on pharmacy medications. It's like an addiction, a sure cure to good health without making any adjustments in our habits and lifestyle. If medications where the answer then we would be a very healthy society. Not a society in a health crisis, which has even spread to our children. We cannot drug ourselves into good health! This book will open up ones mind to understanding the need to take positive control of our own health, and how we can accomplish this.
