Only four copies of this edition listed in OCLC. OCLC 10743279, 53381972. [3],10-109pp. plus one large folding map. Lacks titlepage. Large folio. Original publisher's pebbled cloth boards, stamped in blind and gilt, with modern red calf spine and corners. Boards rubbed. Light dampstaining to lower corner, else clean internally. Folding map reinforced on folds. About very good.
