Items purchased are guaranteed to be as described. Buyers may return items for full refund (not including return shipping) within 14 days if not as described. Prior notification to us of intent to return an item is required. Returned items must be in same condition as sold; books sold as sealed in publisher's shrinkwrap are non-returnable if un-sealed. Some very few items that are described and sold "as-is, with all faults, non-returnable" are NOT returnable for refund. Non-USA buyers are responsible for any and all import customs duties and fees of their own respective countries.

Shipping terms
Orders shipped within 1-2 business days. US orders: STANDARD shipping is well-padded and usually boxed USPS Media Mail which includes tracking as posted to the Abe order page. Expedited and international shipping is via USPS PRIORITY. Certain oversize volumes and multi-volume sets may require added costs or special shipping arrangements. Please inquire for other options. International orders for small and standard octavo books weighing under 4 pounds may choose STANDARD (USPS flat rate padded envelope, well-padded as space allows); large books or books weighing over 4 pounds must choose EXPEDITED (USPS PRIORITY flat rate box).
