Light soiling and shelf wear on covers. Marbled page ends show wear on upper edges. Front and bottom page ends are clean and attractive. Marbled inside front and back covers with light cracking to hinges. Hinges are tight. Presentation plate for Royal Agricultural College pasted to the inside front cover.
