12 pages (plus covers). Staple-bound booklet: H 19.75cm x L 18.25cm. Pictorial color covers with bumping and creasing at corners, scuffing along edges particularly along spine fold, short tears to both covers extending from bottom of lower binding staple. Two colorfully stamped double-sided 7 inch diameter records laid-in pocket on front cover verso (records have not been checked for scratches although a few minor nicks at edges are evident; front cover claims the records are "unbreakable"). The two records were produced by Musette Records of Steinway Hall, New York. Uncredited color illustrations amongst printed dialogue text which presumably duplicates the two recordings. Leaves have same bumping/creasing at corners with pages 3-4 have shallow chip at lower fore-edge. A good copy of an uncommon Superman related publication issued the same year in which Superman creators Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster sued National Comics (whose copyright statement appears on the front cover verso) in an effort to void their 1938 contract and reestablish of their ownership of the intellectual property rights to their famous and highly profitable superhero icon.…
