Item description from seller

Harper & Brothers, n.d. (circa 1965). Early American edition. xiii, 600 pages, no ads. Original brown textured cloth. 1" chip at head of spine, corners worn and bumped. Spine is evenly dulled, title not legible. Else good. No former owner marks. Approximate date may be deduced from the two Scranton Pennsylvania booksellers marks: the embossed mark of "M. Norton News Dealer Bookseller, 106 Penn Ave Scranton Pa" (which address predates his 'long time' address as of 1872); and booksellers mark, "E. H. Stiick and Son Scranton Book Exchange", listed as long established in 1872.
