Mike Farris: Mike is the President of Home School Legal Defense Association and Patrick Henry College. He is a constitutional lawyer, ordained minister, and author of several books. For his leadership in home education, Mike was named in the top 100 influences in education for the Twentieth Century by Education Week, a leading education nespaper. With his wife of 28 years, Vickie, Mike is the father of ten home-schooled children ranging in age from 24 to 3 years of age. They also have two grandchildren.

L. Reed Elam: Reed, an ordained minister and licensed family counselor, is Founder and Director of Heartland Christian Counseling, where he provides professional counseling services. He lives with his wife, Janine, in Normal, Illinois, where they home school their 6 children.
