Sad But Not Depressed

Sad But Not Depressed is a book that's reminiscent of lost love and melancholy feelings of remembrance. A collection of poetry that touches upon the feelings of sadness and depression through poetry. The collection mainly consists of sad poems with intense feelings. This book attempts to overcome depression through sadness as a part of the emotional healing process.

This poetry collection evokes memories of unrequited love and deep nostalgia. It explores grief and depression through poetic expression. The majority of the collection's poetry is sad and strong-emotional.

Sadness is something different than depression, and that is what the poems reflect in this poetry collection. The collection works as a healing tool to combat depression; hence, it also has an undertone of hope and patience.

This is a book intended for romantics with broken hearts and those who are unable to go past their unrequited love. The book suggests using sadness to heal rather than to grieve and attempts to treat depression with melancholy and sadness.
