Some days feel bright and easy. Other days feel loud, confusing and overwhelming.

I Am Safe Inside My Heart is a gentle, reassuring picture book that helps children understand their big feelings and discover the calm and safety that lives within them.

Through warm storytelling and soothing affirmations, young readers follow a little boy as he learns that grown ups' emotions are not his responsibility, that his feelings are helpers and that he can always return to a place of calm, whether under a cozy blanket, beneath a quiet tree or inside his own heart.

Perfect for bedtime reading, emotional regulation and moments when children need reassurance.

With lyrical language and comforting repetition, this story becomes more than a book, it becomes a calming ritual children can return to again and again.

A heartfelt reminder for every child. You are loved. You are worthy. You are important. You are safe inside your heart.
