The Sahara Hunters

The cover has brown cloth with a graytone illustration and two black and tan illustrations. 14 chapters; 32 b/w illustrations on plates; 5 pages of ads. An additional plate of two illustrations is missing. The top and bottom edges of the spine strip and the boards' front corners have faded spots from shelf wear rubbing. The tan color on the spine strip is mottled with rubbed spots. The tan area on the front board is much less so. Some of the letters and black lines on the spine strip are rubbed. The cover's graytone illustration is mottled with small, light gray spots. Half of the back board has sheen loss. The text block ends have darkened. The pages are lightly tanned; stains are sparse, small, and light. Two ads each have a peeled tear that is tipped back together with glue. Scans e-mailed upon request.
