This is volume 2 of a multi-volume series. Covers Anorexia Nervosa through Cancer. Includes amazing color plates, which must have been hand-tinted, as well as nice b/w plates. Fascinating turn-of-the-century medicine, describing in great detail the treatments for a variety of ailments. Naturally, the information in this book will be outdated today. However, this book could be very useful as a research tool to collectors, historians, writers, universities, and others. Condition: Very good. No dust jacket. Covers are slightly worn, with color loss at corners and on edges of spine. Top and bottom of spine are worn. Interior pages are lightly yellowed, but clean and intact. The first two or three pages have some small creases and tiny nicks at the top outer corner, and one color page has small nicks on the top edge. All remaining pages are excellent and look almost unread. Overall condition is very good. Seller Inventory # 3174
