Upper board part faded at the head, the binding is tight and the text is clean and unmarked. Issued in an edition of 85 copies of which this example is numbered 22. Compiled and with acknowledgments by Kevin Perryman and signed by same. Loosely inserted Order of Service for the funeral of Sean Rafferty, dated February 5th, 1994.
