After finishing high school in the bottom half of his class, Sean tried his hand at selling cheap jewelry on the streets of New York City... and he failed miserably. But as a result, he had plenty of time to stand back and watch the vendors who were cashing in. He started taking notes on what the successful salespeople were doing, and what he wasn't. In order to pay his way through college he sold gas grills, cassette tapes, stereo equipment and worked the midnight shift at a convenience store. Encountering both success and failure, Sean learned from every experience, and his hunger for success grew stronger.
Today, Sean is the President and CEO of Vanguard National Alliance, a consortium of Rockwell Automation distributors throughout North America.
