Vellum-backed plain light blue paper over boards, spine title label printed in red; 8vo; 310+1pp ad at rear; illustrated with 98 b/w photos plus large folding map at frontispiece. The deluxe binding, similar to his two other titles issued in the same year and slightly larger than the trade editions. This copy in VG condition with light wear to boards and endsheets, o/w internally bright & clean; some cracking to internal hinges; many pages remain unopened; plates and map in good condition.
