A good copy of the second edition, revised and reset. This is the first one-volume edition, bound in green half calf. Top edge gilt. The calf binding is lightly rubbed, and there is some foxing to the fore and bottom edges. The binding is sound and secure. There is some foxing to the prelims, and throughout (not all the pages are affected). There is a fine vertical crease to the title page (see image), which also affects the following few pages. Overall, a good hardback copy in a nice binding, but with some foxing to two of the three edges and (sporadically) throughout. Collated and complete.
