There he meets two children, a brother and sister, that take him to their home in a camp of travelers, consisting of families of various backgrounds and dress that welcome him and introduce him to their way of life. The two children help Sam find the magical creatures from his bedtime story by discovering their identity through interaction with two pesky beasts that plague the encampment.
