See photos for condition details. Hardcover, original full leather binding with gilt on spine. Exterior is in rough shape with both the front and rear boards held on only by the binder string, is also chipping present at the top and bottom spine areas. The interior appears complete, although the rear end page has the top section cut off. Pages are toned due to age and there is foxing and spotting present throughout. Some pages have small corner folds present. The front end page in pastedown contains some handwriting written lightly in pencil which appears to be the only handwriting found in the book. There are a couple ink spots though; starting at the front board, continuing with a few pages here and there although it's mostly on the exterior page edges and boards. Please note is fragile because of the two exterior boards hanging on by just the binding string. The interior binding appears strong.
